Computer for Women
@WelI Obviously, she sounds like Mrs Doubtfire
Like... The keyboard thing is interesting from a design perspective. But... A tisue holder? Could you not just have a box of tisues near you? Same with the mirror. What woman of that era didnt already have the pocket mirror? Men had pocket sand... Ha! (Tosses sand) ..ahem, sorry. Woman had the mirror.
@Mr Literal, ok Mr Literal.....
@Mr Literal, So all of King of the Hill is on Hulu. Excited so that’s why I’m telling you.
@Mr Literal, how about the emery board space bar? I get enough random junk in between the keys, I don’t need nail filings in there too.
@Mr Literal, wouldn’t men need the tissues now?
@Mr Literal, everything back then was about shoving as many things into a product as possible for "convenience"
That's basically what trapper keepers are comprised of
@Mr Literal, I think the tissues are more the makeup removal type rather than the Kleenex variety
Her mouth bothers me...
@PunnyBaker, you mean the one who can eat corn on the cob though a picket fence and not get any splinters, that mouth? Looks fine to me...
*Immediately creates GoFundMe campaign to bring this back*
@happyhatter, men probably would appreciate the tissue dispenser.
For those wondering if this is a joke video...yes it is.
It was too over the top and oddly believable that I couldn’t decide if it was real or fake...so I looked it up. It was a comic skit from an old BBC comedy show called Look Around You, season 2 episode 5
I could listen to the interviewer's voice for hours
@Kangaroo Jacked, You should probably look up some British ASMR, then if don't already listen to ASMR.
@Kangaroo Jacked, that’s Olivia Colman, she’s in peep show and the night manager. She was shortlisted to be the new doctor in Dr Who too.
I never knew Freddie Mercury had a sister who designed computers
Next they’ll be inventing rights for women too!
Edit: Jk women don’t have rights!
Edit2:^Thats a joke! (Womens rights i mean)
Edit3: please don’t hate me, i love women! One of my mum is a woman.
More like the pathetic coat five hahaha hahaha kill me please
This is a spoof from the BBC show “Look Around You”.
Make a meme out of *and I thought, yes I'll do that? *
I love “look around you” especially “Patricia " (surname is silent), inventor of the first computer for women, "Petticoat 5” and "Synthesizer Patel", synth enthusiast and programmer of the "Easitone 'Play-In-A-Day' 50"
Want to turn this gif into one that would provoke the hell out of a lot of people? Have men talking about it instead of women. (Edit them in if someones skilled enough) Have them repeat everything word for word. Including that its a computer for women. Then sit back and watch the chaos ensue.
@Seohn, Isn’t it amazing how that one change can completely alter the way its perceived.
My gf would buy this in a heartbeat
