@ TouchMyCatEars, I recently started working for Home Depot, and I am honestly surprised at how well all of our carts perform. But its because if we find a defective one, it immediately gets taken out of service and once we get a certain number, we just exchange them for new ones, or at least my store does.

@ TouchMyCatEars, well a lot of the reason we do it is strictly for safety. I've watched people try and load 20 cases of tile into a regular cart. Those weigh between 50 and 80 lbs per case...
