Seeing as that is Wembley stadium in England, I would expect it to be empty of American fans.
@EverRush, They can't tell us what's ours and not ours! USA USA USA!
@Skuppy, AMERICA owns all the continents!
@EverRush, I see they filled in the presidential splatter zone already!
@Skuppy, I wish I could give this comment multiple likes.
@Skuppy, this is why people dislike the us
@MasterEmerald, It doesn't matter, when you have the world's largest military and the most "patriotic" populace, you have a presence. Unfortunately, in this day and age the pen is not mightier than the cannon. Just to be clear, that comment was made for a joke. Not all Americans are stupid, over zealous, arrogant, absent minded pricks.
@Skuppy, but having the biggest cannon never hurts
@WelI Obviously, Especially when you never have to fire it
@Skuppy, I prefer the cannon you only have to fire ONCE
@Ollie Queen, I prefer the cannon you fire regularly to show you still got it. Let's have another revolution with Britain this time we take them over
I honestly feel Americans just watch the world cup to say "ha! We don't even like the sport and we beat you! "
@TheEvilChicken, we just watch it because that's what's on ESPN
@TheEvilChicken, Around where i live, the sport is pretty big. Just about everyone is a fan.
Soccer, oh how I do not care about you.
@Average Canadian, Canada doesn't even have a team, does it?
@Kangaroo Jacked, I don't care.
@Kangaroo Jacked, It does have a team.
@Pocket Knights, I looked it up and saw they do. Apparently even the Vatican has one
@Kangaroo Jacked, We didn't make it in, because we suck at soccer.
@Kangaroo Jacked, every country in the world has a team
@Sasuke is gay, even North Korea, let us bask in their supreme glory, as they haven't ever made the world cup.
@Turian, they have not been to the World Cup to allow the other teams the opportunity to win, glorious North Korea began the World Cup tradition years ago bringing soccer to a world that knew it not, after back to back years where they place 1st 2nd and 3rd in every World Cup they decided not to compete to give the rest of the world a chance.
I'm Sounders til' I die
@The Classy Clown, I was about to say except in Seattle but you beat me to it. We love our Sounders here.
I don't see why it's such a big deal that we like supporting our team. Even if it is at only certain times.
@TheJakeanator272, In other countries..... You'd be called un-patriotic.
@Pocket Knights, well the United States has very different culture than other countries. No soccer/football is not a popular sport but it is nice to support our team!
@TheJakeanator272, Yes and that culture is what? Last I checked there was a plethora of Cultures here in the US.
@Pocket Knights, well it's western culture! A combination of every culture! And instead if black, white, Hispanic-American , Asian-American, African-American, or whatever culture you want to say I like to think of us as all Americans. And I'm very proud of that label!
@TheJakeanator272, I don't know, soccer has gotten very popular In the US, even without the WC
Its funny because it's true.
StuckPixel is just dead set on making it look like Americans don't like soccer
@JuhJuhJuhJimmy, They don't.
@Pocket Knights, that's why MLS is expanding... Deep
@JuhJuhJuhJimmy, we really don't.
@JuhJuhJuhJimmy, expanding how? Lol 2022 is their goal to be on European level my Arse.
@Pocket Knights, they're building new teams. Atlanta will have one for the new stadium in 2017, and I forgot what other city was getting one. Most people I at least know enjoy soccer but never had a way to watch it. NBC finally made a channel for EPL games this last year, so it's just now starting to show.
@Peeta Griffin, go away family guy, you're just not that funny
@JuhJuhJuhJimmy, *runs away crying into a pole*
@JuhJuhJuhJimmy, 2017!!! The other city is Miami. The next World Cup is in 2018. Listen the Copa America will be played in the US soon. Let's see how supportive this country is to soccer.
@Peeta Griffin, did you run into a pole, or to a pole to cry?
@JuhJuhJuhJimmy, into one
@Peeta Griffin, Onto one.
@Pocket Knights, that costs extra
@Peeta Griffin, Giggity.
@Pocket Knights, goo
Not true, I watch every EPL game I can and I watch The champions league and sometimes MLS so ya know
@Sasuke is gay, I don't watch MLS, been to other countries and the atmosphere will never be the same in stadiums.

@Click to toggle, no thanks, not our type...
There is a small group of football (soccer) crazed fans in the United States. I think it's popularity is growing though. Wouldn't be surprised if football got big in the states
