I felt like overall, this year's commercials kinda sucked. Some were hilarious like this and Terry Bradshaw's shirt, but the majority of them were meh
@TriangleTesticles, this and last year. Too much social justice propaganda
@TriangleTesticles, I usually watch the super bowl just for the commercials, but once I realized they weren't that good I just stopped watching.
@TriangleTesticles, it seemed more than half of them had already been playing as YouTube ads for a week or so, I liked the snickers one though. Doritos didn't do any which are usually the best ones.
@clicc bate, don't you hate it when people try to spread good messages and support each other? These social justice ads make it so hard to ignore the oppressive systems I contribute to every day. Can't a man just screw others over and ignore his privilege in ignorance? Shoooot.
@SmartFeller, yes I do, because I want to watch a fvcking football game and have fun commercials that we can enjoy instead of riot over.
@TriangleTesticles, Don't you get it? The majority of Super Bowl Commercials are ALWAYS "meh"
@TriangleTesticles, but the Go Daddy commercial was pretty good
@clicc bate, f'real tho, my eyes nearly rolled into the back of my head for that Audi commercial
@Sven and Otar, I know and in 2017 it makes no sense. It would in 1917.
@SmartFeller, watch the first Sam Harris interview on Rubin Report. I think it'll open your eyes a bit (it's a liberal source, just not SJW crazy). The left is no longer liberal, they're authoritarian not so different from the Trumpian right. Two sides of the same coin of authoritarianism trying to control what you think and do
@clicc bate, Of note is that nobody specific is ever named as the ones paying women less. Its always "them" not "us (Audi)" of course, just a nonspecific "them."
@Sven and Otar, Dave Rubin is a liberal in the classical sense. So am I. Modern "liberals" are really just Marxists while employing a hint of facism.
@TriangleTesticles, Why does everyone seem to forget that rad Nintendo Switch commercial? I know it was on their youtube 4 days prior but it was still really good.
@Sven and Otar, can you share the name of the video?
@clicc bate, I think it says a lot when people are upset about seeing a couple social justice messages in a few hours. Can't we just say "oh that's nice" and carry on enjoying the rest of the commercials and game? What is it about them that you find so upsetting?
@SmartFeller, Sam Harris and Dave Rubin Talk Religion, Politics, and Free Speech (Full Interview). It's over an hour long so maybe listen to it while doing something else, but they really cover a lot of good ground in that as well as the second interview they did. I also found Ben Shapiro's interviews interesting as well. It really is healthy to get a dose from all perspectives when dealing with the monster of the regressive left
@Sven and Otar, awesome, thanks for that!
I laughed so hard when I saw those little messages in the commercials. Props to them
@Never Trust Me, my personal favorite was in the sprint commercial when the kid asks his dad if faking his own death to avoid paying the cell phone bill is illegal and the bottom text said "Yes. Very illegal."
The skittles one got me
Can there be a no politics/religion/social views policy on here. Just like an unspoken rule. I know that there sorta is but I come on here to talk about memes and the funnies. Where no one takes thing seriously we can joke and people not get offended because we don't fully believe all of the jokes we make in reality. All I am asking for is this not to become instagram or Facebook where we share our views but a place we relax and share good news like someone got married or funnies. I know this is long but yeah
@NSA is watching you, fvck you! I have opinions about stuff and thangs and I'm gonna voice it...here we go
SPONGEBOB IS THE BEST ANIME!
