@megamanx181x, cardio is important in general fitness and calorie burning my guy. Sure you can build muscle and speed up your metabolism that way, but that takes longer than just incorporating cardio into your lifting sessions. I usually like air biking for 10-15mins at the end of my sessions just to crank up the calorie burning. It's far less than if I jumped rope between sets/exercises, but it'll still take a 450 calorie weight lifting session and bump it to 650. Plus, as someone with asthma, cardio is super critical to keeping my weak af lungs to at least normal person strength
This is funny, because the guy who invented these shirts actually went on Shark Tank, and they did not invest. When he sprayed the demo shirt with water, the message didn’t appear like it was supposed to.
