This particular photo isn't real nor is that what it's called. But the actual condition of having two different color eyes is real. It's called heterochromia. Look it up. I know because I myself have it. I was born with one eye blue and one brown. It's a type of birth defect mostly common in dogs but humans can develop it as well. on Funny Pics (Upvotes: 0)
