Dude, kids are awesome, grandkids are awesome. But having a kid because your parents expect you to is a terrible reason to bring a life into this world that you are responsible for. And I do not understand anyone thinking they have any right at all to put pressure on another human being to take on a child. Pressure to decide, maybe, but to act as if you deserve to have someone else have a child...that’s banana pants. on Funny Pics (Upvotes: 23)
@Little Blue Cat, and his characters actually get more diverse than that. He absolutely doesn't belong on this list. Just take a look at his imdb page. He may not be a great guy, but he's certainly not a one dimensional actor. on Funny Pics (Upvotes: 19)
@umm, Steve actually quit awhile before the show stopped airing. Nothing to do with hair loss. He was replaced by Joe, another guy entirely. I know this because my 3 year old will only watch the Steve episodes and has very strong opinions about Joe. on Funny Pics (Upvotes: 27)
Honestly the problem is real. We're nearly at the election and there's still barely any coverage for even the most prominent 3rd party candidate. There's certainly no unified movement to make something else happen. I'm voting for Johnson, but I am legitimately concerned that this will guarantee the seemingly inevitable Trump victory. on Deb (Upvotes: 13)
@TheDoctorsTARDIS, the thing is, parenting is essentially indoctrination. You teach your children the philosophies and principles that are important to you. I wouldn't spend so much time trying to teach my daughter to be considerate of others if I didn't personally feel that was important. I wouldn't take her camping if I didn't believe it's healthy to spend time in nature. I didn't take her to any marches but I get why people do as long as they feel it's safe enough. on Best signs from Women's March (Upvotes: 10)
