@El Batman, yea so there is an ongoing debate about net neutrality which are protections saying that ISP's can't do certain things like cut bandwidth to certain sites. If these protections are removed then hypothetically your ISP can give twitch a higher bandwidth because they own part of the company and cut the bandwidth for YouTube their competitor etc. Currently they can't do that. The concern is that the internet will be pay for play so it won't be the best service and wins rather the one's with the deepest pockets will on Net neutrality is at risk (Upvotes: 24)
Like I hate Maduro as much as the next guy but it's like we all forget what happened to Greece recently and what happened to pre WW2 Germany under different economic and political systems. And how Venezuela was the richest country in South America until the USA and the EU started sanctions. It's almost like the biggest defining factor of this (and other) economic downturns is sanctions and reperations. on favorable exchange rate (Upvotes: 4)
