I worked at a cinema once. I had a woman come out of her film, pretend crying, demanding her money back. Why? She didn't know the film Snakes on a Plane had snakes in it and she was terrified of snakes. I refused and the manager backed me up on customer service (Upvotes: 26)

@Toxikyle, i have a male betta too. He jumps for his food, likes to lay in my hand and every so often he gets in a bad mood and tries to rip a chunk of flesh out of my finger. Doesn't hurt but makes me jump. Bettas have so much personality on Good fish (Upvotes: 4)
